Connect Through Our Potlucks

Our potlucks are a chance to connect in a relaxed, welcoming environment while also experiencing something deeper and more intentional.

We gather on the last Friday of each month at Nourish Healing Collective in San Antonio,

Each evening begins with a guided experience that includes a sound bath and guided meditation to grounding with the Earth, exchanging energy, and extending that energy outward for collective healing. We then integrate our experiences while sitting in circle sharing food.

Speaker and Workshop series

The Conscious Evolution Series is a monthly gathering created to explore ideas that support personal growth, expanded awareness, holistic wellness, and conscious living.

Each event features a guest speaker sharing knowledge, tools, and perspectives on topics such as mindset, emotional healing, breathwork, spirituality, herbal wellness, relationships, intuitive development, energy work, and human potential.

More than just a lecture, this series is designed to create genuine connection. After each presentation, attendees are invited to stay for an open community mixer where conversations continue in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
